What will the apprentice be doing?

Tasks will include general office duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying;

Preparing documents for Court and Counsel;

Dealing with clients attending for appointments;

Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department.

You will be provided with support on all of the above tasks and will be given the opportunity to progress in the role and be given more responsibility.

 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Level 3 Business Administrator Apprentice Standard
  • Includes End Point Assessment
  • 1 day per month college attendance – City Campus
  • Functional Skills in maths and English, if required.
