CRS are looking to recruit an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor with a view to progress into Office Administration. As we often meet our customers after negative and sometimes emotional circumstances, we as a company strive to ensure that the customer’s journey is as positive as possible by repairing their vehicle to BSI standard.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Day-to-day responsibilities will involve booking customers into site for repairs.
Ensuring visitors to site are dealt with promptly and professionally.
Answering telephone calls to site and liaising with the workshop in order to provide accurate information to customers and work providers with regards repairs to vehicles.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

- Including face to face and remote learning
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
We are looking for someone who once completed their apprenticeship, would move into the roll of Office Administrator.
