What will the apprentice be doing?

  • To assist goods receiving team as required
  • To understand the business needs and requirements
  • To assist maintaining all Health, Hygiene and Safety records
  • Assist in ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained within the kitchen
  • To carry out all reasonable tasks expected by management
  • Assist in team building exercises leading to effective MCC requirements
  • Ensure attendance of all relevant training and development courses
  • To assist in receiving food deliveries ensuring that produce is correctly checked, stored and delivery notes signed for and passed on to procurement managers as requested
