What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The apprentice will work towards the Business Administrator Standard Level 3. This will be one day a month, group training in person at our centre in Newbury and a monthly 1-1 training and review meeting with their Training Consultant. 

Funtional skills level 2 will be delivered in person or remotely if needed.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Personal career development will be offered to the right candiate upon completion of their apprenticeship.
