What will the apprentice be doing?

As a Customer Service apprentice you will deliver outstanding customer support to all of our clients and suppliers.


Main responsibilities:

  • Liaise with suppliers and clients on the phone and via email
  • Work with different Sales Teams to provide admin support
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Attend regular meetings and offer creative input
  • Processing customer orders. 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, which includes:
  • Level 1 Functional Skills in Maths and English (if required).

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Opportunity to progress to Senior Customer Service and Admin roles or work towards a Sales Account Management role.
