What will the apprentice be doing?
As a Customer Service apprentice you will deliver outstanding customer support to all of our clients and suppliers.
Main responsibilities:
- Liaise with suppliers and clients on the phone and via email
- Work with different Sales Teams to provide admin support
- Meet and greet visitors
- Attend regular meetings and offer creative input
- Processing customer orders.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Level 1 Functional Skills in Maths and English (if required).
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Opportunity to progress to Senior Customer Service and Admin roles or work towards a Sales Account Management role.
