What will the apprentice be doing?

As a customer service practitioner apprentice, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Respond to telephone & email requests and follow up enquiries.
Inputting new information and orders onto database.
Obtaining quotes, confirming and communicating orders, raising proforma invoices.
Monitoring, updating and solving issues with orders.
Chasing new business and finding new suppliers.
Ad hoc filing and administration.
Hourly wage rates for this role are below:
16 to 20 years old: £7.49 per hour
21 to 22 years old: £10.18 per hour
23years old & over: £10.42 per hour

You will beprovided with full training and support from the other 5 members located in our Feltham office and would be looking to offer a permanent position upon completion of the apprenticeship.

We are a road haulage company that operates as a broker and have been operating for over 50 years. We take work on and then subcontract it out to an appropriate haulier after agreeing an acceptable rate.
