What will the apprentice be doing?
- Adhere to health and safety rules at all times
- Actively participate in your own development under the supervision of your line manager
- Observing, learning, and understanding a wide range of engineering skills
- To be able to demonstrate skills as the training progresses
- To learn how to maintain work equipment and maintain clean work areas
- To always follow instructions and act in a professional manner

The apprentice will be working towards a Level 3 Machining Technician Qualification and the training will be at Burnley College 1 day a week.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
