We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading spring manufacturing company as a manufacturing operative apprentice, you will receive all the mentoring and training needed to develop your skills to enable you to carry out the role effectively.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
Mon-Thurs 8am-4:30pm Fri 8am - 3:30pm (30mins lunch break 12pm -12:30pm)

What will the apprentice be doing?
- General machine operative.
- Quality checking.
- Carrying out Lean Manufacturing processes.
- Order picking order packing , keeping station and stock areas tidy.
- Be flexible to do any job required.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
All training and mentoring will be completed in the workplace and you will be visited by a college assesor in the workplace to achieve your Level 2 Supply Chain Manufacturing Operative Standard.
Functional Skills in maths and English, if required.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Possibility of a secured role within the business.
