What will the apprentice be doing?

As a Customer Service Advisor Apprentice you will be ensuring the end to end process is efficient, standards are met at all touch points and information is provided in a professional manner. Dealing with external and internal customers via telephone, email and letter correspondence to service mortgages and comply with regulation and internal policy.

Responding to customer queries and requests in a professional manner, providing guidance and fair outcomes, and pro-actively ensuring Aldermore continues to deliver a high quality customer journey. Ensuring we live up to and exceed our customer’s expectations, within agreed service level agreements (SLAs), governance, compliance and relevant regulation. Dealing with external and internal customers in an efficient and accurate manner via telephone, email and letter correspondence to service mortgages and comply with regulation and internal policy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Addressing incoming customer contact by phone
  • Recording relevant feedback and escalating issues as necessary
  • Resolving ad-hoc customer queries and requests
  • Applying payments, amending account and case details
  • Effective complaint handling and escalating where necessary
  • Contributing to development of new processes and practices
  • Assisting with the annual review process
