What will the apprentice be doing?
- Undertake general office duties including filing, sorting, and preparing incoming and outgoing post and general data entry
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department as well as responding to emails in a timely manner
- Meet and greet visitors
- Assist in tasking customer queries and complaints
- Be responsible for updating and maintaining our fleet and maintenance records
- Partake in general day to day admin duties supporting the team when required
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The successful candidate will study a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard. This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning within the workplace.
Functional skills in maths and English (if required).
