What will the apprentice be doing?

General  Employment Duties:

  • To undertake all administrative, business support and financial tasks.
  • Support additional day-to-day activities of the department, including office operations such as preparing for meetings, reception duties, diary management, etc
  • Answer enquiries to the department by phone, e-mail or letter and forwarding information onto relevant staff 
  • Manage information including data inputting. 
  • To participate in staff meetings and other meetings as required.
  • Provide cover and support for colleagues as required from time to time.
  • Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.
  • Ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed to agreed timescales with a high standard of accuracy.
  • To meet all learning commitments of the apprenticeship as directed by your line manager and or the learning/training provider.
