What will the apprentice be doing?
As a fast growing local independent Estate Agents, we are now looking to expand our award winning Sales and Lettings team.
We are looking for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to cover our Ripon and Thirsk offices, as the company continues to expand.
The successful candidate will become part of a friendly yet professional team, providing the highest quality of customer service in a busy, but highly rewarding environment. The role will be fast paced, ideal for candidates with a good work ethic and time management.

Duties will include:
- Learning the day to day role of an estate agent
- Answering inbound telephone calls
- Booking / taking viewings
- Negotiating house sales & lets
- Being professional with customers.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will attain a Junior Estate Agent level 2 apprenticeship standard. You will also work towards maths and English functional skills at level 2 if required.
Training will take place via remote Teams sessions, one day every fortnight. You will also receive one to one support from your dedicated tutor, who will complete regular progress reviews with yourself and your line manager.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Progression towards becoming fully qualified Estate Agent upon successful completion.
