What will the apprentice be doing?
- Devise and establish company quality procedures, standards and specifications
- Ensure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and nataional standards
- Prepare and complete the BSI audits to maintain the ISO 9001 Certificate
- Monitor performance by capturing and producing statistical reports on KPIs
- Handle customer complaints, perform root cause analysis and resolve problems as required
- Make sure the company is working as effectively as possible to surpass our competitors
- Collaborating with extewrnal vendors / suppliers to ensure they meet Quality standards
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will recieve Level 4 Quality Practitioner Aprrenticeship Qualification.
A 100% tailored training and assessment program will be delivered to support you throughout your Apprenticeship, (14 - 18 months including endpoint assessment) topics covered include:
- Introduction to Quality and Quality Management Systems
- Quality - Organisations and their Context
- Product and Service Life Cycle and Design
- Understanding and Delivering Customer Requirements
- Risk, Opportunity and Objectives
- Leveraging the value of Audits
- Driving Improvement
- Culture, Communication and Life-Long learning
- You may need to complete level 2 maths and English Functional skills (if you cannot evidence prior grades)
