What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Devise and establish company quality procedures, standards and specifications
  • Ensure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and nataional standards
  • Prepare and complete the BSI audits to maintain the ISO 9001 Certificate
  • Monitor performance by capturing and producing statistical reports on KPIs
  • Handle customer complaints, perform root cause analysis and resolve problems as required
  • Make sure the company is working as effectively as possible to surpass our competitors
  • Collaborating with extewrnal vendors / suppliers to ensure they meet Quality standards

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will recieve Level 4 Quality Practitioner Aprrenticeship Qualification.

A 100% tailored training and assessment program will be delivered to support you throughout your Apprenticeship, (14 - 18 months including endpoint assessment) topics covered include:

  • Introduction to Quality and Quality Management Systems
  • Quality - Organisations and their Context
  • Product and Service Life Cycle and Design
  • Understanding and Delivering Customer Requirements
  • Risk, Opportunity and Objectives
  • Leveraging the value of Audits
  • Driving Improvement
  • Culture, Communication and Life-Long learning
  • You may need to complete level 2 maths and English Functional skills (if you cannot evidence prior grades)
