What will the apprentice be doing?

Job Responsibility:

  • Processing of all the expenses and allowances payable to India based officers
  • Manage leave for all India based staff
  • Assist in event management
  • Preparation of monthly allowances for Bank’s senior management
  • Various misc. Work relating to India based officers
  • Cover for direct reports

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Business Administrator Level 3.

Qualifications:

Where a business administrator has not already achieved Level 2 English and maths, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment.

Career progression:

The administration role may be a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles.
