What will the apprentice be doing?
- Communicating with clients and insurers. Working in a small, highly focused team. Reporting directly to Director
- Providing exceptional service, you will handle enquiries, provide insurance quotations and undertake insurance transactions and general sales tasks with a ‘can-do’ proactive attitude
- You will also maximise inbound sales opportunities, cross selling to existing clients and assisting with renewal retention
- Throughout training, the apprentice will be expected to take customer calls, process new quotes and changes to existing customer policies. Review customer renewals alongside general administrative tasks such as post, renewal document preparation
