What will the apprentice be doing?

We're looking for a few people to add to our team, including a well-organised, super-friendly customer service and admin team member to join our insurance and finance department.

The role is varied and involves different areas including:

  • Answering client and customer emails
  • Answering and making phone calls to customers
  • Paperwork
  • Calling our contractors to arrange work with them
  • Content writing for blogs and working with marketing
  • Handling the odd customer phone call if we're looking to get feedback on their experience
  • Supporting our managers with admin based tasks

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The majority of your training will be on the job with your employer, and you will attend term time day release (weekly) at Bournemouth College.

You will achieve:

  • Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in English and/or maths (if required)

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

  • Any role can lead on to other areas, we much rather a team that grows with us, over bringing new people in
