We are looking for a business administrator to support the friendly and supportive team in a financial environment, with day to day duties such as answering incoming calls, email and appointment management, providing updates to clients alongside mortgage and insurance related tasks such as data entry and maintaining basic contact with clients.

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Provide business support service as required, including email and calendar management to support advisers and seeing daily tasks through from start to end, prioritising accordingly.
  • Following up with clients, requesting outstanding documents and providing basic updates
  • Dealing professionally with incoming calls, booking appointments with advisers.
  • Client File management and data checks
  • Data collection and uploads
  • Mortgage related data entry
  • Invoicing clients, collating and reviewing service feedback
  • Any other admin duties as required.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The apprentice will be studying for the Business Administration Level 3.  All learning will be in the workplace with our work based trainer on an ongoing basis over a 15 month period. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

On completion of the apprenticeship and suitability to the organisation, you could have the potential of gaining full time employment in an admin role or to train to become a mortgage and/or protection adviser.

Potential to consider additional marketing and promotion roles if interested.
