What will the apprentice be doing?

- Working under pressure to make sure food is served on time
- Keep to strict hygiene, health and safety and licensing rules

- Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard, delivered entirely in the workplace
- Apprentices without level 1 English and maths will need to achieve level 1 and take the test for level 2 English and maths prior to taking the end-point assessment
