What will the apprentice be doing?
- Conducting testing sessions in accordance with policies and procedures for each type of test sponsor within the established policies and procedures.
- Coordinating with site testing programs including the scheduling and announcing of testing sessions.
- Verifying the identity and eligibility of testing candidates.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of all testing materials, test logs, testing session reports, testing irregularity reports, and other required documentation.
- Resolving any testing issues.
- Attending relevant training and information meetings regarding rules and regulations. Understanding and abide by policies and regulations.
- Ensuring erasable note boards and candidate workstations are clean before, during and after the exam sessions.
- Ensuring regular walk throughs in the exam room.
- Reading Pre-examination announcements·
- Providing the highest levels of customer service.
- Ensuring that candidate needs are met with understanding and respect.
- Ensuring the test process is clearly explained to candidates.
- Housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors occasionally and sanitizing workstations/mice/keyboards and common areas after each candidate has finished their exam/test.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Business administrator Level 3 (A level)
- Full training is provided on all associated administration tasks within the office environment
- If you require to complete and achieve functional skills maths and English level 2 [if not already achieved C/4 GCSE or equivalent] support and functional skills training will be delivered by a functional skills expert form Woodspeen Training Ltd
- This is delivered face to face or via Teams online meetings
- An End Point Assessment [EPA] is completed after 18 months on programme. This is an external examination board who will assess all your work, portfolio and skills learnt within the apprenticeship
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- A full-time job on a permanent contract, with career progression.
