About the employer

BMS have been working within the industry for nearly 30 years which has allowed us to develop a strong relationship with large construction and fit-out contractors. Whilst we work on large projects and complete large value jobs, we are a small- medium size company. This allows us to spend a lot of time focusing on the future of the company by developing young individuals with a lot of one on one training and guidance. We believe the key to learning is getting out there and doing it, so we always push for apprentices to complete tasks and communicate with clients direct with the aid of a senior member of staff to always be by your side to provide assistance when asked or needed. This allows us to provide experience and opportunities other companies may not be able offer for the individual. There are various roles within the company from design and estimating to project management, throughout the apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to work within the different areas so if you feel you are better suited for those roles, the opportunity will be there for you to pursue that role.
