What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Various Underwriting tasks increasing in scope and responsibility with time and experience in role.
  • Assisting in building and maintaining broker relationships.
  • Generating business and achieving desired business outcomes within own area of insurance responsibility, in line with the organisation's commercial aims and objectives.
  • Engaging with all relevant stakeholders to ensure successful insurance conclusions and outcomes.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will work towards your:

  • Insurance Practitioner Level 3 Apprenticeship.
  • Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII).
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths (if required).

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Upon completion of your apprenticeship you are guaranteed a permanent role.
