Once probation passed (3 months) the salary will be boosted by the opportunity to earn the basic hourly rate (which increases in line with government minimum levels) plus Bonus payment + Individual/Team Bonus

Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm. Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm (This is on a rota basis and you will usually be asked to work on Saturday a month after being fully trained).

What will the apprentice be doing?
The role will be to contact client leads who have applied for varied insurance or financial products, managing the calls and connecting the client to the correct broker for their insurance/financial quotes (no cold calling).
Developing your communication skills to connect the client with the Broker with a seamless transition.
Admin duties include:
- Making and receiving calls
- Inputting and retrieving data
- Organising your tasks and planning effectively
- Building effective relationships internally and externally
- Data entry
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Full training will be given leading to a recognised Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard Level 3 Qualification.
Full on the job training will be delivered.
Off the job training will be supported by our training provider - Davidson Training UK Ltd.
You will complete the Functional Skills in maths and English up to and including Level 2 (if you don't already hold the equivalent).
All training will be delivered within the workplace during working hours.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
To progress to a full time position.
