Things to consider

An example of an average bonus payment. An advisor would earn a 50p bonus payment for each valid transfer, on average an advisor would transfer between 30-50 per day, so working on the lower amount of 30 a day over a 22 day working month the advisor would earn a bonus payment of £330.00 (£550.00 at an average 50 transfers per day). On top of this there are individual/Team Bonus targets set, if the advisor meets their target then they are also entitled to an extra bonus which vary from £100 – £400 depending if they exceed the target, there are scales of award according to the amount they exceed.

About the employer

Rainbow Connected's concept was born in October 2010.We were asked to generate live Google leads for an Insurance Broker for their call centre. A Free test was agreed of 10 leads so the client could gauge the quality. Seventy two hours later our team called to find out the results of the test. Out of the ten leads sent the client had said "Sorry we couldn't get hold of them, NOT for us". Stunned and bemused we got a staff member to call the leads there and then. The results were the beginning of the company. We got in contact with seven of the leads immediately and of which five of them wanted a quote there and then!
