What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Use a database to log queries and track the root causes of issues
  • Manage own workload, using an awareness of SLAs and issue criticality
  • Manipulate and administer SQL databases to resolve customer queries
  • Communicate regularly with customers via email and telephone

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Learn by doing with our technical training. You’ll put theory into practice with hands-on activities in six 2-day SMART Classroom sessions. Unlike traditional education, our apprenticeship training doesn’t simply teach for the test. Our exam-free programme and project-led approach gives you the skills employers are looking for.

COURSE 3: WORKING WITH NETWORK ARCHITECTURE

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician.
