What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Support the eCommerce team in developing and delivering the strategic channel and customer plans.
  • Support with the internal and external availability and in stock metrics and perfect inbound. 
  • Assist with the weekly performance metric reporting
  • Support the development and implementation of a winning e-Assortment strategy.
  • Work cross functionally to achieve best in class the PDP, content, merchandising and range assortment to achieve digital shelf excellence in pure player customers.
  • Support the eCommerce media strategy development and activation of the plan with all relevant stakeholders and agencies
  • Strong cross functional alignment with the internal Digital, Commercial Excellence, Shopper, Brand and Controlling teams
  • Build excellent working relationships with key customer and agency contacts 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Training will be done as block release, as well as one day a week
  • BA (Hons) Business Management with Business Practice (Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship)
