What will the apprentice be doing?
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Supporting branches with the day-to-day operation of the bureau
- Answering telephone, responding to emails and live chat
- Review and process currency orders
- Monitoring stock levels of foreign currency and ensuring that sensible quantities are maintained
- Willingness to participate in training appropriate to own development
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- To undertake any other duties that may fall into the job criteria
To conform with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety - To treat all employees, customers and suppliers with dignity and respect
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- You will obtain a level 2 Customer Service practitioner qualification
- Training is conducted in our Sunderland Head Office
- Training is weekly blocks on a Monday - Friday basis for 6 weeks
- Functional skills Maths and English if required
