As an Apprentice Quality Control Inspector you will be working alongside experienced and supportive individuals in our Birmingham office, as well as on-site. You will be assisting with various tasks including inspecting works in progress, preparing and submitting reports, providing practical advice.

What you will do in your working day
- To assist with inspecting works in progress
- To assist in preparing and submitting a report on the general process of the works, labour force and weather to the Project Manager monthly
- To assist in recording the details of any occurrence or situation thought likely to cause delay or of any delays
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on works in progress
- Assist in providing an independent assessment of the construction works undertaken
- Maintaining a diary of the progress of works
- Producing regular reports
- Visiting sites on a regular basis
The training you will be getting
- A Level 4 qualification in Construction and Built Environment that meets the knowledge requirements of the standard and is approved by the industry’s recognised professional bodies meeting the educational requirements for Technician status or the equivalent level of membership
