What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Plan and structure activities to support the development of children within our care
  • Ensure that at all times you are striving to deliver the best quality of care for all children
  • Ensure each invidual child's needs are met
  • Work as part of a team and build relationships with staff, children and parents/carers
  • Contribute effectively to the safe guarding of all children
  • Structure your workload and strive to achieve your apprenticeship completion by the deadline set

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

  • Upon successful completion of your Level 3 qualification we can then progress you in to a further role within a Bright Horizons nursery. We also have various accredited training programmes such as our Room Leader programme to support you with your career.
