About the employer

Tardis Environmental began as a small family company, with the family members being the heart of the company The bedrock of Tardis is the hire of portable toilets to construction sites where such items are commonly called a Tardis, which is where the name was adopted from. We’ve come a long way since 1991, 11 depots and a HQ in Telford, Shropshire. In excess of 180 employees and over 150 work vehicles including articulated tankers, vacuum tankers and service vehicles, carrying out our work around the country. We are known for our portable toilets, however we specialise in a host of environmental services which include wet waste removal in its many guises, for construction sites, commercial premises and domestic properties. This can range from toilet blocks and welfare cabin tank empties to deep chamber emptying. We remove oil and water (and other materials) from drains and clean interceptors that help trap oil and grease. We’re a fully licenced waste carrier and can assist in the identification and removal of hazardous waste. We offer advice on waste codes, the best way to dispose of specific waste streams and when we do, we handle pretty much all of the paperwork too. As we’ve grown, we’ve been early adopters in technology, helping us to get things right first time and reduce the actual use of paper and when it comes to duty of care, our record keeping is faultless too. We also have another arm to the company, specialising in bulk water (clean and drinking). That division of the company is Tardis H2O on site. This includes the transport and infrastructure for providing mostly the construction industry with water and the vessels to store it from 1000 to 30,000 litres and everything in between. As you explore the site, we hope and believe you’ll find the right product or service to meet your needs. If you don’t, then a free call will put you in touch with the people who work hard to keep us “top of the rock” and they’ll certainly be able to help you, from an enquiry for a single portable toilet, to furnish enough toilets, showers, waste tanks, wash stations and drinking water dispensing stations for a music festival.
