What will the apprentice be doing?


  • Answering phone calls
  • Dealing with social media and email enquiries

  • Liaising with deliver drivers

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Apprentice Business Administrators at Level 3 will be allocated a Trainer Assessor and training will be planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet the individual needs of the apprentice.

The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off the job activities and training.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

There is a possible full-time position available on completion of the apprenticeship.
