What will the apprentice be doing?

Your role will include:

  • Answering calls and enquiries
  • Keeping up the high front of house standard
  • Digital tasks, such as emails, data entry and document creation
  • Shadowing your mentor to develop skills
  • Understanding and Interpreting information
  • Keeping all work areas clean and tidy
  • Following employer practices

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • You will be enrolled on your Business Administrator Level 3 qualification
  • Your working week will be working 30 hours per week, over 4 days per week, Tuesday to Friday
  • Your apprenticeship training provider will be Skills Group and you will be required to attend 1 day per week
