What will the apprentice be doing?
The primary focus of the role is to work in the Sales team to develop qualified sales leads and enquiries into the advisor team. You will need to have great communication skills and be ready and willing to learn new skills.
Once you have been fully trained by us, the role of an IVA Lead Generator will involve making outbound and taking inbound calls with potential customers across the UK using our automated dialler system.
You will then be expected to carry out a mini-fact with the customers to establish their particular circumstances, and then you would assess the information taken against a set criteria and then pass this customer onto a more senior member of the team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Handling outbound and inbound calls from our customers.
• Making outbound calls from leads generated for debt
•Help and transfer the customer effectively.

Intermediate Level 2 Apprentice Customer Service Practitioner, including NVQ and functional skills maths and English. Work based learning.
