What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Responsibility for the production of accurate and detailed tender submissions
  • Create and maintain an accurate cost base for pricing budgets to tight deadlines
  • Negotiate terms with client to secure work
  • Lead internal handovers for projects that have been secured
  • Work with delivery team when a project is secured to provide a proper hand over and procurement schedule
  • Any other tasks commensurate with the post

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto a Level 4 Quantity Surveying Technician standard via our training partner, Learning Skills Partnership. You will be fully supported to achieve this qualification by attending 1-day per week remote training sessions, having 1-2-1 advice and support, e-learning materials, and a whole team of qualified professionals on hand for advice and technical knowledge at your depot.
