What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist through initial stages of the candidate hiring activities (initiating background checks, collecting new hire documentation, initiating all onboarding activities)
  • Database administration
  • Communicate effectively with management, clients, and staff
  • Manage correspondence with candidates and new hires

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Qualification you will achieve - Business Administrator Level 3.

A 100% tailored training and assessment program will be delivered to support you throughout your Apprenticeship, (18 months including the End-Point Assessment (EPA)) topics covered include:
