    Tips are shared out twice per year (July & January)

  • Working week

    Minimum 30 hours per week, two days off together, you will work on a shift/rota basis, example shift start/finish; 9am-3pm, 3pm-8pm, 3pm-9.30pm, 9am-9pm. No split shifts. We are closed Christmas day. Working hours include college attendance.

You will attend college weekly at our Buxton Campus spending time in our industry kitchens with other apprentices, college transport is available. 

You will receive full training in the workplace and visits from your college assessor mentor. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Potential for permanent position upon completion of apprenticeship.
