Things to consider

We suggest a trial time before you commit so have a go and see if you like it – working with children is not always just playing – there is also some crying, dirty nappies and snotty faces but if you can cope with that it is also very rewarding. Please consider how you will get to work each day. You will need to complete a DBS check as part of the overall application process, you will be supported to complete this.

About the employer

We are a small, friendly nursery working with children aged 3 months to school age. Each age group has a separate area so activities and support are age appropriate and always aimed at allowing them to thrive and be ready for the next steps on their learning journey. 0-5 years is really important developmentally and what we do sets the foundation for every child's learning future. Although it can be a demanding career it is also extremely rewarding.
