What will the apprentice be doing?
- Being trained in-house in our marketing procedure
- Liaising with our sales and marketing team and communicating with our distributors and customers
- Maintaining and updating our website
- Managing all company accounts on our social media channel
- Writing and proof-reading marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
- Design and update all company marketing materials.
Driving traffic to the company website using online marketing skills and utilizing SEO
Updating our digital marketing systems including our component datasheets
Any other reasonable duties as required
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
ITEC's expert tutors, coupled with mentors in the workplace, will provide training in the following:
- Digital Marketer Level 3 Apprentice Standard
- How to define, design, build and implement digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms
Marketing principles
Principles of coding
Search marketing, search engine optimisation, web analytics and metrics
Mobile apps and pay-per-click marketing - Level 2 English and maths will need to be achieved, if not already, prior to taking the end point assessment
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Possibility in a permanent position upon the completion of the apprenticeship.
