In addition to the listed salary, all staff are (on completion of probation) entitled to profit related pay which has totalled £3000 over the last 12 months. I Holland also have a rewards package which gives discounts at many different retailers.

What will the apprentice be doing?
The role of Maintenance Apprentice at I Holland would involve: *Working with a qualified Maintenance Engineer repairing CNC Machinery (Turning, Milling, Grinding, EDM, Cold Forming *Heat Treatment Machines and Equipment. *Fabrication and Welding The Maintenance Team are responsible for the maintenance of the whole site and due to this the role can be very varied and interesting including a small amount of fabrication and welding.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be expected to work towards the Maintenance Operations Engineering Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group. As part of your apprenticeship, and dependent on your prior attainment, you may be required to complete maths and English Functional Skills which is an integral part of your apprenticeship. Upon successful completion you will be awarded additional certificates of recognition for these qualifications.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Upon successful completion of the Level 3 apprenticeship we will move the apprentice into either a Maintenance Engineers Role or Offer further learning such as a HNC (Level 4) qualification(business and grades depending).
