What will the apprentice be doing?

As a Maintenance & Operation Engineering Technician your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the below

  • Report directly to the Technical Service Manager and your assigned mentor
  • Completion of planned maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks across site
  • Provide clear reporting and updates around works completed
  • Support the response to urgent and emergency maintenance of systems and assets
  • Ensure Quality procedures are followed in all respects, both works completed and accuracy of documentation

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

At the end of the apprenticeship, the apprentice will have developed the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the level 3 Maintenance & Operation Engineering Technician apprenticeship standard.
