We have 12 levels at Blue, each with a corresponding salary, an Office Administrator Apprentice would begin on Level 1. As you develop your knowledge and skills, your level will increase along with your salary.

The typical working week hours are 9.00am - 6.00pm shifts, Monday - Friday. During term time, your working week would change to four days in the office and one day at the university.

What will the apprentice be doing?
At this early stage of a career, the responsibilities start basic and build over time. Your responsibilities will first grow to be:
- Create and update records, keep the digital filing in order
- Maintain the office
- Manage purchases for the office
- Raise and chase client invoices
- Manage phone calls and post
- Manage and set up meetings
- Organise the staff socials
- Take minutes for key meetings
- Keep tabs on changes that would improve our environment
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Once settled into the business, we would select an appropriate Degree Level Apprenticeship for you to enroll on. We believe the Business Management Degree at London South Bank University (LSBU) is a good choice for building a career in business. These apprenticeships typically take 4 years, and you receive a BA (Hons) degree on successful completion.
You do not need to pay for any training costs and therefore this is an excellent way to get a degree for free. See details here:
