What will the apprentice be doing?
Main tasks of job:
• Purchase invoice processing
• Sales invoice processing
• Repair quote processing
• Repair order processing
• Planned maintenance visits processing
• Maintenance of customer records
• Maintenance of supplier records
• Timely and accurate maintenance of company records
• Provide general assistance to other members of the team where necessary
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Training will be provided at our Printworks Campus in Leeds. The Apprentice will attend one day per week on day release to obtain a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship.
HLS will provide on-the-job training throughout your training period.
Knowledge, understanding and skills will be taught on the job. An assessor from Leeds City College will visit you on a regular basis to complete your college work.

Leeds city college training:
We will support and coach the apprentice through the apprenticeship standard.
We will carry out both curriculum and pastoral care.
The college assessor will oversee the teaching and learning around the knowledge, behaviours and skills elements of the standard, outlined on the learner and employer skills analysis.
We will manage the apprentice’s OneFile account ensuring targets, milestones and deadlines are achieved.
