As well as earning a salary, your university tuition fees are paid over the 4 years of the degree.

Software Engineer Apprenticeship
This is a rewarding career path for people who relish the challenge of a learning and working environment. As a Degree Apprentice, you will follow the same track as our Graduate intake.

We train you up in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript for front end development and then C# for the back-end server-side code. This is the start of our fast track programme to turning you into a commercial web developer using JavaScript Frameworks, Microsoft .NET and the Azure Cloud platform.

Alongside training and masterclasses, you work with experienced Full Stack Developers supporting the systems we write, taking an active part in projects and rapidly improving your software development skills.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Software Engineer, Full-stack Developer

Alongside writing code, you will gain experience in delivering projects using the latest DevOps methods. You will be involved in requirements gathering, prototyping, coding, delivery and support. You will work on a range of interesting projects building websites, mobile applications and web portal systems for our clients in the UK and Europe.

Following completion of the Degree Apprenticeship, you will be a fully-fledged Software Engineer with 4 years of commercial experience building bespoke web systems and should be looking at undertaking a Lead Developer Role.
