What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Report into the current data analyst and contribute towards improving the data strategy
  • Maintain and process company and customer data using internal systems and tools to check accuracy and completeness
  • Interrogate multiple large data sources to improve data quality, identify trends and communicate this to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with Power BI reporting tool, interpreting data and drill down into various measures to provide insights
  • Run monthly dashboards and reports which will support driving business performance

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Level 3 Data Technician Standard.
  • Apprentices without level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the End-Point Assessment. For those with an education, health and care plan or a legacy statement, the apprenticeship’s English and maths minimum requirement is Entry Level 3.
