What will the apprentice be doing?

As an apprentice office administrator, you will be responsible for

Checking all company inboxes
Responding to enquiries
Taking incoming calls and enquiries
Updating our CRM and database
Arranging service calls
Speaking to new business customers and existing clients
Updating calendars with meeting and scheduled works
Taking direction from the commercial operations manager and managing director

Level 3 busniess administator - This Apprenticeship is completed within the workplace. You will be assessed through written work and observation throughout your training. You will be given time by your employer to complete portfolio work, attend training, workplace shadowing and any other opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge.
