    Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week with 1 unpaid hour each day for lunch. Flexible start and finish times available: 7.00am start, 4.00pm finish, 7.30am start, 4.30pm finish, 8.00am start, 5.00pm finish, 8.30am start, 5.30pm finish, 9.00am start, 6.00pm finish.

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Gain a solid understanding of our processes, developing your administrative skills whilst supporting the team to deliver a successful project
  • Focus on applying theory to practice, developing your interpersonal and professional skills, essential to all people within an organisation
  • Build compelling working relationships, developing your communication skills to collaborate with customers and stakeholders
  • Develop your communication skills, both written and verbal, engaging with different parts of the organisation

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will be enrolled on a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship at Colchester Institute, which you will complete over an 18 month timeframe. You’ll work from our head office in Braintree, Essex, but as part of your Apprenticeship, you will attend regular, online sessions and workshops.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

As part of your role as an Apprentice Technical Administrator, you will work in a hands-on role, learning our processes, facing challenges and driving results - all whilst learning and developing as an individual.

Throughout your Apprenticeship you’ll work to a structured development programme, continuously growing with opportunities to showcase your contributions in delivering company objectives.

Upon successful completion of your Apprenticeship, you may choose to pursue a career in one of our Technical departments, such as Project Management or Legal.
