What will the apprentice be doing?
You'll be based at our Broadlands Business Campus near Horsham in West Sussex. It has high standards and international reputation, without being in the city: A big, countryside campus means life will feel a little different. We support our offices by using cutting edge software and hardware and our spacious campus facilities mean there's a great working environment for the team. With an on-site restaurant, coffee shop and gym, our campus has much to offer. And commuters can relax on our dedicated regular shuttle bus to and from Horsham’s main line train station.

What You'll Do.
As a member our client facing teams, you will learn how to provide administrative support to our financial planning advisers in all aspects of their advice process. You will also learn how to be the clients’ point of contact for administrative matters.
During your role you will:
- Gain and maintain a good understanding of the platforms we use within the Financial Services market
- Learn and understand how to carry out day to day administrative functions, completing and submitting applications, keeping data up to date on Enable (our internal client management system)
- Preparing and sending letters of authority and obtaining information on client policies
- Dealing with post, scanning, photocopying, filing and emails
- Answering telephone and email enquiries from clients and providers
- Assist with new business submissions and asset transfers which includes uploading and processing the required compliance documents to Enable (our internal client management system)
- Assisting in preparing meeting packs and documentation/reports for client meetings and annual client reviews
- Shadowing and learning to support the Financial Planner in the delivery of client meetings both virtual and/or in a face-to-face setting
- Building relationships by ensuring contact with clients / providers is maintained throughout any processing
- Completing electronic Anti Money Laundering checks
- Assisting with the collation of client data and documents in the construction of suitable recommendation reports and prepare related client correspondence
- Preparing and issuing documents to be signed electronically via Adobe sign
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
As well as on the job training, you will complete a Financial Services Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard. This will include working towards CF1 or R01 via the CII.

- Develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours of successful Financial Services Administrators
