What will the apprentice be doing?
More about the role: throughout your apprenticeship you will be trained to:
- Carry out routine service works as per dealership guidelines
Provide additional work detail workshop control - Provide regular work status updates
Complete pre-delivery inspections on new stock vehicles - Ensure all work is carried out observing safe working practices of self and others
- Check level and quality of work through use of diagnostic equipment and road testing vehicles after work has been carried out
- Complete relevant service documentation (Job sheets, PDI's, service reports) in line with HSO, warranty and dealership requirements
- Accurately complete job cards , including any written descriptions of faults found or repairs completed

- Light Vehichle Technichian Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
- Maths and English Functional Skils where required
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
There will be an opportunity for the right candidate to progress into a permanent position upon completion of training.
