A qualified engineer within the team can travel the UK and Europe/World, completing projects for both the UK office and supporting sister offices when required. In addition, engineers travel to offshore facilities to complete tasks using EFD Induction equipment. Due to the vast range of industries that EFD Induction equipment is utilised in, the engineer’s role within the Service team remains one of the most varied in the engineering world. An Engineer can be fault finding with high-tech test equipment on a Monday, installing production equipment at a car production facility on Wednesday and flying out to an oil rig on a Friday. When trained, some aspects of the role require short notice for a change in planned works. This can involve travel with short notice with your own vehicle.
