The successful purchasing administrator apprentice will liaise with suppliers, operations and purchasing team to deliver accurate data on all stocked products. What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Complete group purchase order management
  • Main liaison between suppliers, sales, operations, and finance
  • National account purchase order management
  • Reporting on stock/back-order issues to purchasing manager
  • Using internal CRM system to provide relevant information to our sales team
  • Assisting with purchase quotes using Excel software
  • Assisting with cost/product system updates when required
