What will the apprentice be doing?
Tradeline is a well-established independent recruitment agency supplying temporary, freelance, and permanent staff to the construction and associated industries.
When targets are met, the Tradeline team fly out to countries such as Spain and Portugal, have overnight stays in London with meals out, complete activities such as bowling and there is a pool table in office with music in their relaxed office environment.
Part of your role will include:
- Answering phone calls
- Liaising with numerous consultants and administrative staff
- Checking that the worker and the client are both happy
- Recording details from the prospective candidates on to the system
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring the smooth transition for any new clients (this will be via email, phone and face to face)
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will gain the following qualifications:
- Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship
- Functional Skills in English and maths (if required)
You will also study a range of topics including:
- Knowing your customers
- Understanding your organisation
- Meeting regulations and legislation
- Systems and resources
- Your role and responsibility
- Customer experience
- Product and service knowledge
- Interpersonal skills and communication
