What will the apprentice be doing?
- Maintain the libraries of training materials
- Give updates on training information to stakeholders, vendors and colleagues and help to solve day-to-day problems and escalate where appropriate
- Maintain the learning management systems
- Monitor and manage the learning mailbox
- Administration and processing of invoices
- Supporting all areas of administration of learning activities eg. arranging meetings, attending 121 and team meetings to ensure effective & efficient delivery
- To attend meetings with staff, consultants and customers to contribute to the effective delivery of the Learning and Development Service and to highlight and recommend appropriate action
- To deal with customers enquiries over the telephone, face to face and in writing and seek to resolve any disputes that may arise during the course of the training programme. Refer problems that cannot be resolved to the Learning and development Management team as necessary
- General office duties including compiling information, sending out information to a variety of audiences, maintaining accurate records. Eg. Attendance of training, monitoring attendance (identifying low numbers on courses 5 wks, 4wks, 3 wks, 2 wks) after attending and updating cascade

- Maintaining online LMS training to meet the needs of the business
- Manage the day to day flow of on-line learning contact to and from third party suppliers
- Monitor the performance of trainers/consultants and customers to contribute to the effective delivery of the Organisational Development Team
